A job seeking app that serves mandarin speakers who reside in Australia.
Brief.
This is an outsourced project. The start-up company wants to create a job platform that's specifically targets mandarin speakers. As part of the non-disclosure agreement, not all prototypes will be included.

Requirement Gathering.

Should be user friendly, and the style should be clean and chic. Preferably with flat icon, the colour scheme should be mainly blue.

2 different login portals for user and enterprise.

Fixed bottom navigation bar: Home, Recommend, Message, Profile.

Need figure out spaces for paid advertisement spots, e.g. carousel and banners.

User should be able to directly apply jobs on the platform, they can also track the applications that they've submitted.

HRs can post new positions and view candidates' demographic distribution.

A badge system should also be implemented, in order to motivate users.
Design Process.

We used Agile to keep monitoring our design process.

In the first week, we sketched several layout for clients to choose from. This helps us to understand which style they prefer.

We delivered each full tab function (e.g. all in Home page) on weekly basis, and during our weekly meeting, we will receive direct response from our clients. Agile model helped us to deliver this project more efficiently.
